    • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

    • Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.

    • Non-returnable items: Customized or personalized products, items marked as Final Sale, and products damaged due to improper handling by the customer.

    • To initiate a return, please contact our support team before sending the item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


    2. Refunds

    • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

    • Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
