7. Undeliverable or Incorrect Address

- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages

- We will investigate with our logistics partners and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
