Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

Wholesale prices are available only to registered businesses, resellers, or bulk buyers.

A valid business license, GST/VAT number, or reseller certificate may be requested.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

We offer Low MOQ to support small businesses and startups.

The minimum order quantity will be clearly stated for each product. Orders below the MOQ will not be processed.

Wholesale Quotation Process

Buyers are requested to shortlist the products they are interested in.

The shortlisted product list can be shared with us via Email or WhatsApp.

Based on your selection, we will provide the final wholesale quotation, including product prices, shipping charges, and applicable discounts.

Pricing

Wholesale prices are offered only on orders meeting the applicable MOQ.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in raw materials, currency exchange, or shipping costs.

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and shipping charges unless specified.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required before order processing.

Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer, UPI, PayPal, or other approved channels.

Orders will not be shipped until payment is received in full.

Order Processing & Lead Time

Processing time varies depending on product availability and order size.

Standard dispatch time: 7–15 business days.

Custom or bulk orders may require additional lead time.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless otherwise stated.

Delivery timelines vary depending on location and courier.

Once shipped, the seller is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to wholesale pricing, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless goods are defective or damaged.

Claims for defective or damaged products must be made within 3 business days of delivery with proof (images/videos).

Cancellations

Orders once confirmed and paid cannot be canceled.

In exceptional cases, cancellation requests may be considered before dispatch, subject to a cancellation fee.

Intellectual Property

All product designs, images, and branding remain the property of the seller.

Buyers may not reproduce or misuse product images without written consent.
